Lake Havasu Golf:

Lake Havasu derives its name from the Chemehuevi tribe's language for the "land of the blue green water". When you visit the natural wonder that is Lake Havasu, you can enjoy the interaction of the dramatic and desolate desert terrain when it meets the crystal clear turquoise waters of the Colorado River. In a setting such as this, what could be better than an exciting and challenging round of golf, or two, or more?

Vacationers to the Lake Havasu area can choose from five 9 or 18-hole golf courses that provide astounding and magnificent mountain and lake views to go along with the challenging golfing experience. The best time for golfing is from November through April when the weather is temperate but an early morning or late afternoon tee time will allow you to easily golf through most of the warmer months. Clubs and carts can be rented at most of the public courses.
